I was thrilled when Lydia contacted me and introduced me to her prodigious products. Belle Scents products do not contain: "harsh chemicals, parabens, animal testing, dyes, and phthalates." I got the opportunity to sample Belle Scents Dermabutter and their All Natural Deodorant Stick.

My thoughts: You can say whipped again! The texture is truly one of a kind. It reminds me of whipping egg whites when I bake. The butter had a gritty texture when I first applied it, but quickly diminished with my body's heat and it glided on nicely. I used a little too much of the butter and thought it was really greasy at first, but reading the application directions it advised applying a small amount of product. It worked and the greasiness was somewhat avoided. I applied more butter to my legs since they tend to be drier than my arms. My legs absorbed all the nutrients, while my arms took a little longer to absorb all the amazing oil ingredients. If you love the smell of Shea butter, this whipped treat is especially for you. The smell is a little overpowering for me, but it diminished and left my skin soft and fresh.

My Thoughts: My body's chemistry can be a little tricky. I tend to have a hard time finding a good deodorant, especially a natural one. I tested Belle Scents Deodorant Stick for almost two months and the good news is, it worked! I worked out, practiced softball with my daughter, and it's working in the hot Texas weather approaching, we are in the 80's these days. The deodorant is easy to apply since it's in stick form. Just glide it on and you're ready to start your day. The stick is very solid and was a little rough when I first applied it, but after multiple uses it softened up a bit without crumbling. It didn't stain my clothing at all, which Is a major bonus. I do wish it stopped me from sweating but maybe it's my body still adjusting to natural deodorants. All in all a good find but most important, it kept the odor away!

Final thoughts: If you love body products full of amazing oils or if your still on the search for a natural deodorant, give Belle Scents a try.
